Shovo7 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform and using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

Shovo7 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. It is in your own interest to check this page regularly.

The following individuals are not permitted to use shovo7:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is completely prohibited
• Users whose accounts have previously been terminated by shovo7
• Users with an active self-exclusion in place

All content, designs, software, and logos published on this platform are the intellectual property of shovo7. Any use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To open an account with shovo7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as forfeiture of your balance.

Shovo7 may request KYC documents at any time – including your National ID, passport, or driving licence. If documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be put on hold; however, any deposited funds will be returned.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact shovo7 support immediately.

Shovo7 supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. There are no deposit fees charged by shovo7.

Please note: withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method registered in your name that you used to make the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be accepted. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.

The daily withdrawal limit via bKash and Nagad is ৳1,00,000. For bank transfers, the daily limit is ৳5,00,000. VIP members may have different limits — please contact your account manager.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available once per account only – bonuses claimed from the same IP address, device, or by another member of the same household may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or two members of the same household collecting referral bonuses from separate accounts — is strictly prohibited.
• A bonus can only be claimed when there is no other active bonus on the account, unless stated otherwise.

How Wagering Is Calculated

A wagering or turnover requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times. For example: a ৳100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳1,000 in bets.

Bets that count in full toward wagering: any single bet with odds of 1.5 or higher. Bets with odds of 0.5 or lower generally do not count toward wagering. In-play bets count in full.

Every bet placed on shovo7 is treated as a binding agreement. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available.

Any fraudulent activity in betting — such as using bots to place bets, attempting to influence match outcomes, or any other form of misconduct — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Maximum bet limits may vary by event. A maximum single-bet limit applies to top matches — this information is displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Shovo7 believes betting should be for entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems. The platform therefore offers several safeguards that users can activate themselves.

• Deposit Limit: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; raising it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Taking a Break: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: An option to permanently or long-term exclude yourself from betting.
• Reality Check: An option to receive reminders at set intervals about how long you have been playing.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any balance free of wagering requirements will be available for withdrawal.

Shovo7 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Use of bots or automated software for betting
• Submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification

If an account is closed and no misconduct is proven, the legitimate portion of the balance will be returned.

Shovo7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or email. Minor updates may take effect without prior notice.
